Erasmus+ project “United Colors Of Young European Businessmen” was nothing short of amazing. I am happy that I took part in this project, it was everything that I expected. I decided to participate in this project, because the topic “entrepreneurship” caught my interest. I took part in 2 other Erasmus projects and I learned a lot from them. Therefore, I knew that this project was also going to be very educational and interesting at the same time. During the project I tried to participate in as many activities as I could. Moreover, during the project I learned many new useful skills, as writing an elevator pitch or creating a business plan. Personally, I enjoyed the workshop about the creating a business plan the most. The process of creating a business plan was clearly explained. After that, my team and I had the chance to create our own business plan. We also had a lot of help from the students of Tallinn University. I also found the visits to different start-ups very fascinating. For example, we visited Opiq and I have been using their services for 4 years. Antti (CEO of Opiq) told us all about their platform, how it works, what are their goals. The project all in all was great, although I wish we could have had a bit more activities. It would have been great if we all went to bowling or ice skating at the end of one of the days. Activities like this bond the whole group and make the experience more memorable. Participation in a project like this is always a wonderful experience. I totally recommend it to anyone, because you get to know other people from other countries and cultures. The most exciting activity that we did during the project was visiting Pääsküla bog. It was very fun, we got to play in the snow and learn more about bogs. Another thing I remembered from this exchange was visiting the Maritime Museum. The guide told us a lot about trade in Estonia and it was captivating. I have never thought that I would be this interested in history of Estonian trade. Finally, I liked making a business plan with my team. I felt like I bonded a bit with people in my team, we talked about languages and our countries. It was a very nice and memorable moment. In the end, during this project I not only learned a lot of new and useful information, but also got to know many amazing people. The week of the project was great and I am very grateful that I was given the opportunity to participate.
