E+ KA153 training course “Europe’s Lens” for youth workers and educators in Pińczów, Poland (18–25 of August, 2025) is looking for participants from Estonia!

This initiative aims to empower youth workers across Europe to tackle discrimination and social inequality through the medium of film and storytelling.

Project is designed for youth workers, educators, and individuals passionate about using film as a tool to raise awareness about discrimination, stereotypes, and social inclusion.

Project Overview:

The Europe’s Lens project brings together 25 youth workers + 3 trainers from five countries: Poland, Italy, Estonia, Portugal, and Cyprus.

Our main objectives are:

• Deepening understanding of discrimination and social inequality.

• Equipping participants with practical filmmaking and storytelling skills to raise awareness.

• Promoting cross-cultural exchange and collaboration to inspire creative solutions.

• Encouraging the use of non-formal education methods to engage young people in addressing social issues.

The mobility activity, including a 7-day training course (8 days with travel), will provide participants with hands-on experience in creating short films that highlight discrimination and promote inclusion.

Selection Process:

The selection will take place in two steps:

• Application Form – Interested participants must fill out the form linked HERE.

• Interviews – Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview to assess their motivation and suitability.

Important Deadlines:

Application deadline: May 10th, 2025

Interviews conducted by: till June 10th, 2025

Final selection announcement: June 15th, 2025

Ticket purchase deadline: After final selection, participants must consult travel plans with coordinator before purchasing tickets. (till 30th June, 2025)

Participants:

Age: 18+

The project will involve 25 youth workers + 3 trainers, distributed as follows:

Poland: 5 participants + 2 trainers

Portugal: 5 participants + 1 trainer

Italy, Estonia, Cyprus: 5 participants each

COSTS:

• Accommodation and food are fully covered by the Erasmus+ program

• Travel tickets will be reimbursed according to the real costs up till 309€

• MTÜ Rabarada participation fee 20€
