ERASMUS+ KA153_2024 youth workers’ training course “Europe’s Lens” in Poland
This initiative aims to empower youth workers across Europe to tackle discrimination and social inequality through the medium of film and storytelling.
Project Overview
The Europe’s Lens project brings together 25 youth workers + 3 trainers from five countries: Poland, Italy, Estonia, Portugal, and Cyprus. Our main objectives are:
• Deepening understanding of discrimination and social inequality. • Equipping participants with practical filmmaking and storytelling skills to raise awareness. • Promoting cross-cultural exchange and collaboration to inspire creative solutions. • Encouraging the use of non-formal education methods to engage young people in addressing social issues.
The mobility activity, including a 7-day training course (8 days with travel), will provide participants with hands-on experience in creating short films that highlight discrimination and promote inclusion.
Planned Timeline
We are currently planning to implement the mobility in August 2025.
